Changes or Transfers of Bookings: If you wish to change your booking once it has been confirmed, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. All changes are subject to availability. If, after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to transfer it to another person, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that such a transfer will be possible. Changes and Cancellations by Us: In the unlikely event that we become unable to provide a significant part of the services you have booked after departure, although we always try to avoid changes and cancellations, we reserve the right to do so. If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will let you know as soon as possible. Tenant Responsibilities: The Tenant is responsible for the property and we expect them to take reasonable care of it. They will leave the property in a reasonable condition. They will be held responsible for any damage to the property, its contents or to third parties visiting the property, whether caused by a member of their party or any person outside their party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be made directly to the owner of the accommodation, on departure. We expect all customers to have consideration for others. If, in our reasonable opinion or in the reasonable opinion of any other person in authority, the Tenant or any member of their party behaves in a way that causes or is likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to third parties or damage to the property, we have the right, without notice, to terminate the holiday of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the accommodation or other service. We will have no further responsibility to such persons, including any return travel arrangements. No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination. Landlord's Liability: We will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description which arises from any of the following:(1) the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) concerned or any member of their party or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or “force majeure”. (2). In any event, the maximum amount of compensation is the refund of your holiday. This maximum amount will only be payable if everything has gone wrong and you have not received any benefit from your holiday. (4) Please note that we cannot accept liability for any damage, loss, expense or other sum of any description: (i) which, on the basis of the information provided by you about your booking before we accepted it, we could not have foreseen that you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you, or (ii) which have not arisen from any breach of contract or other default by us or our employees or, if we are responsible for them, our suppliers. Furthermore, we cannot accept liability for any business losses. Complaints: We hope that you will be happy with every aspect of your holiday. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you must contact us in the first instance at lequerceexclusivehouse@gmail.com.
